As I take the reins, I am looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking DO / Practice Manager to partner with me in driving this practice to new heights.

The Role

In this hands-on leadership position, you will split your focus between commercial dispensing excellence and local practice operations:

• 70% Clinical & Commercial Dispensing: Leading by example on the shop floor, utilizing advanced lens technology, and elevating the patient journey.
• 30% Practice Management: Partnering with me to oversee daily operations, organizing staff rotas, managing NHS GOS compliance, and coaching our team.

About You

• You are a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician (FBDO).
• You either have proven optical management experience OR you are a senior DO ready to make the leap into your first Practice Manager role.
• You understand how to drive standard KPIs (conversion, average order value, lens upgrades) while keeping patient care at the heart of everything.
• You are highly organized, approachable, and excited to build a great workplace culture.
