An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and approachable E-Rostering Administrator to join our Radiology Admin & Clerical team.

The post holder will be responsible for the creation of department e-rosters and providing vital administration support to staff and managers with roster maintenance, reporting and general troubleshooting.

We are looking for candidates that have a passion for problem-solving and the ability to prioritise. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential, together with effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and a can-do attitude with the confidence to support staff and managers to resolve their queries will be needed.

This is a full-time position, based at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital however part time hours will be considered

The post holder will support the provision of quality rosters that are safe, cost-effective, and efficient, and will be the point of contact for advice, guidance, and support on all aspects of e-rostering.

The post holder will undertake review work to ensure that roster templates align to the department’s budgets, safety and agreed KPI’s and provide this information to the central rostering team to update the roster template.

To facilitate, train, coach, and support colleagues, and deliver specialist training on E-Rostering.

To develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts including team colleagues, workforce, IT, Payroll, managers.

To take on additional administrative duties on behalf of the Department which may be required from time to time.
