We’re looking for early-career designers with a strong point of view who explore ideas through sketch, models, and prototyping, and turn them into compelling 3D proposals.
This is for you if
- You’re graduating in 2026 (Bachelor’s or Master’s, Part 1, Part 2, or equivalent)
- Or you’re a recent graduate with up to 3 years’ experience
- Curiosity and a strong creative spark
- The ability to combine free and analytical thinking
- Confidence working in 3D through sketch and modelling
- A clear visual voice and ambition to grow
- Real project experience at a global studio
- Exposure to diverse ways of thinking and making
- Space to grow your voice as a designer
- A supportive environment to grow, experiment, and push your ideas further
