A market-leading UK energy developer delivering large-scale, grid-connected energy infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support two major projects.
The role will involve supporting the electrical engineering activities across both projects, working closely with project teams and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
Key responsibilities:
- Electrical engineering across auxiliary systems and EPS systems
- Switchgear and associated electrical systems
- Reviewing and developing electrical and construction drawings
- Supporting contractor design and technical reviews
- Providing electrical engineering input across multiple projects
- Working closely with project and site teams during construction
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in an Electrical Engineering discipline
- Strong electrical engineering background
- Experience with switchgear and electrical power systems
- Experience with electrical design and construction drawings
- Experience with auxiliary systems
- Strong contractor and design coordination experience
Location: Hybrid office setup
Start: ASAP
Contract: 6 months
IR35: Outside IR35
