Electrical Infrastructure Engineer

The Opportunity:

This role might suit somebody whos a qualified industrialElectrical Engineerwith experience of:
  • Electrical infrastructure in industrial / manufacturing buildings and sites, including
  • Power distribution to large electrical equipment.
  • Power and Lighting circuits
  • Fixed installation testing
Job Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the whole electrical design and installation for a large new or refurbished production buildings.
  • The role would also involve arranging the installation of services and the installation of new equipment within the new or refurbished building.
  • Dealing with contractors.
  • You must be aware and experienced with other services such as gases, compressed air, air conditioning, building services such as heating and ventilation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Qualified to a HNC or equivalent in Electrical or Controls Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Ideallyyou will be qualified to the latest edition of the wiring regulations and have some experience of AutoCAD.
  • Experience of power distribution networks ideal.
  • CAD experience, full Microsoft suite and ideally Oracle useful.
