About the Role

Machnet Medical Robotics (MMR) is seeking an Electronics Intern to support the development of advanced medical robotic systems. This role offers hands-on experience in electronic design, PCB development, prototyping, and testing within a multidisciplinary engineering team. You will contribute to real product development activities, supporting the creation of reliable, high-performance electronic systems for next-generation medical devices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design of analogue and digital circuits for electronic systems and products.
  • Support component selection based on electrical, mechanical, and performance requirements.
  • Design and develop 2–4 layer PCBAs using Altium Designer.
  • Collaborate with engineers to review schematics, layouts, and prototype builds.
  • Support the development and assembly of electrical test fixtures and validation setups.
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and documentation of electronic hardware.
  • Maintain design files, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of analogue and digital electronics fundamentals.
  • Experience with PCB design tools, preferably Altium Designer.
  • Knowledge of electronic component selection and datasheet interpretation.
  • Hands-on interest in prototyping, soldering, and hardware debugging.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
