Employee Support Officer (Resourcing) – EducationHR | 10480 | Permanent Contract | Part-time 22.2 hours per week – Term time plus 3 weeks | £26,824 to £28,142 per annum, pro rata | Grade E | County Hall, Norwich / Hybrid
Part-time 22.2 hours per week – 3 full days or 5 mornings per week, Monday to Friday (days and hours to be agreed).
EducationHR is a trading team within Norfolk County Council, providing a range of services to educational establishments in Norfolk and neighbouring counties.
We have a great opportunity to appoint a new member to the team, to ensure we continue to provide a successful and effective service to our customers.
You will primarily support recruitment advertising activity. This is a fast-paced area, working to tight deadlines with high volumes of work. Ensuring attention to detail and excellent customer service is essential.
You will be a dedicated and customer-focused individual, who enjoys a positive team approach. Previous experience of working in an HR or recruitment administration role is required along with being solution-focused and able to respond quickly and effectively to the new issues that every day brings.
You will be skilled in using electronic systems and able to adapt to new systems. A flexible approach, a team player and the proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines is a must too. An understanding of schools and academies together with some knowledge of employment would be desirable but is not essential.
Training appropriate to the role will be provided, particularly in relation to our recruitment advertising site and other service delivery systems.
