Employment Tax & Global Mobility Advisor


Keltbray is a leading UK specialist engineering and construction business, delivering complex infrastructure, engineering and construction projects across the built environment.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a Employment Tax & Global Mobility Advisor, global mobility and international workforce compliance matters across the Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with employment tax or global mobility experience who wants to broaden their exposure within a large, diverse and fast-paced organisation.


What you'll be doing

  • Supporting international assignments, secondments and short-term business travel compliance
  • Assisting with PAYE, NIC and social security obligations for mobile employees
  • Working alongside payroll, HR, finance teams and external tax advisers
  • Supporting employment tax reporting including P11Ds, PSA and HMRC disclosures
  • Maintaining accurate records to support tax risk management and governance
  • Assisting with audits, tax reviews and process improvement initiatives
  • Providing guidance on employment tax matters across the business


About you

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • Experience within employment tax, global mobility or employer compliance
  • ATT qualification or CTA studies underway
  • Strong understanding of UK employment tax principles
  • Experience working with HMRC, advisers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Construction, engineering or project-based sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
