Engineering Practice Lead
Synechron is looking for an experienced Engineering Practice Lead to join our dynamic team working with a well known global bank. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering mindset, with the ability to coordinate across different domains and support engineering transformation initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to drive engineering maturity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- :Support engineering transformation activities to enhance engineering capabilities, coordinating across multiple domains and business function
- sFacilitate engineering maturity uplift by assessing current maturity, identifying gaps, and planning improvements with engineering leader
- sCollaborate with HR/L&D and engineering leadership to develop training, skill development, and career pathway
- sPartner with workforce teams to improve the caliber of engineers hire
- dSupport the evolution of Communities of Practice and foster a positive engineering cultur
- ePromote adoption of engineering standards and practices across software, data, operations, and infrastructure domain
- sLeverage the expertise of Principal Engineers to evangelise best practice
- sCoordinate initiatives that drive improvements, using data to identify insights and showcase successe
