We’re excited to offer Enhanced Clinical Practitioner opportunities across our Urgent Care Centres and Walk-In Centres in Central London, including:
- St. Charles Urgent Care Centre
- Parsons Green Walk-In Centre
- Soho Walk-In Centre
These roles are ideal for Nurses and Allied Health Professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You’ll work autonomously to assess and treat patients presenting with acute, undifferentiated conditions, supported by Advanced Clinical Practitioners and our dedicated Practice Educator.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping and improving urgent care services while developing your advanced clinical and diagnostic skills.

Main duties of the job
- Deliver autonomous, same-day urgent care using advanced clinical reasoning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across healthcare and partner organisations
- Support service development, quality improvement and audits
- Take part in shift coordination and operational leadership
- Maintain competencies across adult and paediatric care (full support provided)
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, carers and colleagues
- Deliver inclusive, culturally sensitive care
