Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

InterEx Group is hiring Entry Level Recruitment Consultants to join our vibrant, energetic sales office in the heart of the City of London (Liverpool Street/Moorgate).

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. From winning new business and building strong client relationships to sourcing and placing top talent, you'll play a key role in driving growth across your market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts effectively

Candidate Management

• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our CRM system
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability
• Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to placement

Full 360 Recruitment Management

• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and billing targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM
• Stay informed on market trends within your specialist sector (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.)

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a corporate sales role
• Demonstrable track record of achieving targets and delivering results
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
