Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven and creative Events Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing organization, developing and executing strategic event programs that bring the brand to life.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of first-party and third-party events - from planning and logistics to execution, measurement, and post-event analysis. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Design to create exceptional experiences that engage, inspire, and convert audiences.


Key Responsibilities


Event Strategy & Project Management

  • Plan and execute the full lifecycle of events across EMEA, including trade shows, roadshows, roundtables, CXO dinners, and workshops
  • Oversee pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to timelines, dependencies, and deliverables


Agency & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and third-party organizers to deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Source, brief, and negotiate with partners to optimize performance and value
  • Ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency across all touchpoint


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Design teams to align event strategy with business goals
  • Work collaboratively across countries and functions to ensure consistent messaging and audience targeting


Event Administration & Reporting

  • Manage event documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and budget tracking
  • Measure event ROI and produce post-event performance reports, with actionable recommendations


Innovation & Event Excellence

  • Contribute creative ideas to evolve event formats, experiences, and processes
  • Stay up to date with the EMEA event landscape, including venues, technologies, and partner networks


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering a range of events across EMEA, ideally in a technology or high-growth environment
  • Experience within Sports related event/executive hospitality
  • Proven track record managing trade shows, user conferences, executive roundtables, and multi-market roadshows
  • Strong understanding of B2B event marketing, project management, and event operations
  • Familiarity with EMEA venues, agency networks, and regional best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale events (500+ attendees)
  • Familiarity with audiences across UK, France, and Germany (French or German a plus)
  • Experience in high-growth technology environments
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced settings
  • Proven ability to collaborate across regions and functions
