We are supporting a private office in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a small, high-performing team supporting a highly successful tech entrepreneur and investor. This is a truly unique opportunity to operate at the centre of a fast-moving, ambitious environment where standards are exceptionally high, and expectations are clear. Working closely alongside the Operations Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring both business and personal operations run seamlessly. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys being relied upon and takes genuine pride in delivering to an exceptional standard.


The Role

This is a demanding, high-trust EA position requiring precision, ownership and the ability to operate at pace. You will be responsible for managing the Principal’s day-to-day life and logistics with complete accuracy, ensuring everything runs smoothly and without friction. Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing a highly complex diary, aligning schedules with strategic priorities and personal preferences
  • Coordinating intricate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless execution at every stage
  • Overseeing ground logistics and transport arrangements with close attention to detail
  • Managing invoices, payments and financial administration, liaising with external advisors
  • Preparing documentation and ensuring all outputs are accurate, complete and ready for approval
  • Supporting personal, household and family logistics as required
  • Managing VIP guest coordination and relationship touchpoints
  • Supporting events, special projects and international travel where required
  • Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day logistics
