We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the team in London. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work in the office three days per week.


The role: Executive Remuneration – Senior Analyst


As a core member of our project team, you’ll work to diagnose client issues and assist in designing executive remuneration solutions for Remuneration Committees and management, in collaboration with our Reward team which delivers solutions for the wider workforce.


We will rely on you to:

  • Support the design and review of executive pay and incentive arrangements for Remuneration Committees and senior leadership teams.
  • Conduct research and build peer groups using public disclosures and market data to benchmark executive remuneration.
  • Deliver rigorous analysis and modelling (e.g., pay benchmarking, policy reviews, incentive design) using advanced Excel-based calculations.
  • Manage day-to-day project workstreams to produce high-quality analysis, reports, and presentations for senior review.
  • Engage professionally with senior stakeholders (including CEOs/CFOs), supporting meeting preparation, drafting materials, and contributing in client discussions.


What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in executive remuneration / executive compensation (consulting preferred).
  • Strong technical and analytical capability, including advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort with financial and business performance data.
  • Experience working with market data and interpreting public disclosures (e.g., annual report remuneration reporting).
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines in a technical, fast-paced environment.

  • Prior project management experience or meaningful exposure to coordinating workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing or quality-checking technical analysis produced by others.
  • Broader reward consulting exposure (beyond executive comp) and/or familiarity with governance/regulatory trends impacting pay.
  • Strong PowerPoint/Word capability for polished client-ready papers and presentations.
