Family/Care Solicitor

Burke Niazi Solicitors is seeking a Family/Care Solicitor to join our expanding North London practice. Candidates who have a mixed practice are welcome to apply as opportunity to undertake other areas of work alongside.

Key Responsibilities

·        Representing clients in care proceedings

·        Managing a general family law caseload

·        Advocacy where appropriate

·        Providing high‑quality support to vulnerable clients

Candidate Requirements

·        NQ–3 years’ PQE in family law

·        Experience in legal aid family work

·        Strong interest and experience in public law children matters

·        Excellent communication and client‑care skills
