Field Service & Training Technician
Traveling nationally 5 days a week, your primary focus is delivering high-quality equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, and operator training sessions. As a trusted representative of our business, you will take a customer-centric approach on every site visit—delivering exceptional service, building strong professional relationships, and actively identifying opportunities where our solutions can further support client needs.
- Servicing, Repairs & Installations: Perform PPM, safety inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on evacuation chairs, stairclimbers, and wheelchairs, as well as equipment installations. Experience with wheelchair lifts is an advantage.
- Training Delivery: Lead engaging, practical 2-hour operator training courses for small client groups, ensuring users are confident and compliant.
- Compliance & Reporting: Methodically complete all work to required safety standards, ensuring service sheets, LOLER reports, and training records are completed accurately and fully at the time of service.
