Finance Graduate Programme
The FDM Finance Graduate Programme offers the study support, training and hands on experience needed to become a Chartered Certified Accountant while working in a fast paced commercial environment.
The Finance Graduate Programme sits within FDM’s Group Finance team and is a based in Brighton.
You will join a three year rotational programme, moving through a range of teams within the finance function. The programme is designed to build strong technical knowledge through the completion of the ACCA qualification, alongside practical business experience.
The programme provides:

- Exposure to a wide range of business activities and stakeholders
- Ongoing study support alongside your role
- A strong foundation for a long term career in finance
