Finance Manager
AYMES International is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function end-to-end — from reporting and budgeting to payroll and cash management.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
About the Role:
As Finance Manager, you'll oversee all financial activities across the business — from reporting and budgeting to payroll and risk management. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hands-on role covers every finance function and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting, Budgeting & Cash Management
- Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Monitor performance against budget and optimise working capital
Payroll & Day-to-Day Operations
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance, partnering with HR as needed
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
Risk, Strategy & Audit
- Identify and mitigate financial risks; support business case and investment decisions with the CEO/SLT
- Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (CPA or equivalent preferred), or equivalent in-role experience
- Proven senior finance experience, including hands-on payroll
- Highly commercial, analytical, and solutions-focused
- Confident with accounting software and Microsoft 365
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a can-do attitude
