As we continue to grow, we’re investing in the next phase of our finance function.

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager who wants more than simply maintaining the numbers. This is an opportunity to build, improve and influence. You’ll work directly with our Managing Director and Fractional Finance Director to develop a finance function that supports an ambitious, entrepreneurial business entering its next stage of growth.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll take ownership of our finance operations, including:

• Managing our Xero accounting system
• Purchase and sales ledger
• Payroll
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Month-end close and management accounts
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Financial controls and compliance
• Supporting year-end accounts and external advisers

Alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll continually look for smarter ways of working, improving reporting, strengthening controls and helping provide the commercial insight our leadership team relies upon.

About you

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things better. You might already be a Finance Manager looking for a role with greater flexibility and influence. You could be an experienced Management Accountant ready to step into a broader position. Or perhaps you’re returning to work after a career break and looking for an organisation where your experience will be genuinely valued.
