The Role
Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.

What you'll do

  • Deliver business analysis to support strategic data and process optimisation across financial and regulatory reporting within an Agile environment
  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather, define and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories
  • Support delivery of regulatory reporting initiatives across EMEA and Americas, including capital, leverage and financial reporting frameworks
  • Contribute to Agile squad ceremonies, providing updates, tracking progress and supporting prioritisation and delivery planning
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, including data analysis, investigation and issue resolution
  • Communicate progress, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management, escalating where appropriate and ensuring alignment across workstreams


What you bring

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar finance-focused role within financial services
  • Financial reporting experience, including experience with balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) and financial statements
  • Experience delivering change within Agile environments, with practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management approaches
  • Experience and knowledge of IFRS, regulatory reporting, COREP and/or FINREP (Financial Reporting) would be desirable
  • Experience working with and interpreting financial data within banking or investment banking environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, identify issues, and ensure accuracy in reporting outputs
