Selling the role
Would like to explore the options of recruiting in another office location, to get the best candidate. Concerned that SE recruitment market is London centric having detrimental impact on candidates available to work in Esher. Role is integral to Finance Team, ultimately providing succession to FD role. Broad range of responsibility across all aspects of finance in a growing organisation. Minimal Qualifications
Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
Essential
5 years proven experience in senior finance role(s) Excellent technical accounting skills Highly organised, demonstrating the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Innovative approach to continuous improvement in systems, reporting and analysis Ability to communicate to non-financial specialists Gravitas to influence at all levels of the business Strong problem solving skills Capable of providing succession to FD
