At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a FP&A Manager to join our Doncasters Finance team!


This is a remote role, based within the UK.

The Role


The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing financial planning & analysis insight into multiple sight operations within their respective divisions, constantly demonstrating curiosity and a strong focus on insight, consistently asking “so what” and constructively challenging assumptions, responses, and established practices.


You will consolidate monthly reporting and offer annual budgeting support. You will be working with and supporting site finance teams, ensuring delivery of functional objectives. Reviewing of financial KPI’s, producing and regular processing of KPI figures, always looking for ways to be more efficient. You will also review all monthly balance sheet reconciliation, general sub-ledger submission, trail balance and account analysis. You may have to produce ad hoc information requestions by head office, or other functions where necessary.

Interested?


To succeed in this role, you will have…


  • A degree in accounting or Finance and be a qualified accountant.
  • Previous experience working as a FP&A Manager within a manufacturing environment.
  • You will be an organised and proactive individual who communicates clearly and demonstrates resilience and culture awareness.
  • Knowledge and experience of Hyperion, P&L, BS and Cashflow.
