Flemish-Speaking Recruitment Consultant (360) | Benelux Technology Market | London

Optimus Search is looking for a Flemish-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Benelux division.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop your own market within one of Europe's most dynamic technology sectors. As a 360 Consultant, you'll be responsible for both business development and candidate management, giving you full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish.

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, winning new business, and helping clients secure the best talent in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Building and developing relationships with clients across Belgium and the wider Benelux region
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality candidates
• Managing interview processes and offer negotiations
• Building a specialist network within your chosen technology sector
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Flemish and English
• Previous recruitment or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and a willingness to pick up the phone
• Confidence speaking with both clients and candidates
• A proactive, resilient, and ambitious attitude
• Desire to build a long-term career within a high-performance environment
