Location: 10 Donegall Square South

  • Giving excellent customer service.
  • The provision of quality food and beverage products to a diverse client base.
  • General cleaning duties within kitchen and public seating areas.
  • Responding to management instructions

About The Role

  • Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy customer focused environment.
  • Ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events desirable
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner-following policy for customer details
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
  • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets.
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
  • Compliance with cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene/cleaning in restaurant/back of house areas.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
  • Comply with local licensing laws.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
  • Any other reasonable management instructions

Required Criteria

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Right to work in UK
  • Good understanding of English language
  • Must be available to work shifts between 6am and 5pm eg. 6am-12 noon, 11am-5pm

  • 6 months food and beverage experience
