Location: 10 Donegall Square South
- Giving excellent customer service.
- The provision of quality food and beverage products to a diverse client base.
- General cleaning duties within kitchen and public seating areas.
- Responding to management instructions
- Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy customer focused environment.
- Ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events desirable
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner-following policy for customer details
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
- Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
- Strive to achieve departmental targets.
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
- Compliance with cash handling procedures
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene/cleaning in restaurant/back of house areas.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Comply with local licensing laws.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Any other reasonable management instructions

Required Criteria
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in UK
- Good understanding of English language
- Must be available to work shifts between 6am and 5pm eg. 6am-12 noon, 11am-5pm
- 6 months food and beverage experience
