We are now seeking a dynamic and highly personable Front of House Manager to join our administration team. This is a key role responsible for delivering an outstanding reception and visitor experience, to help create a workplace that is engaging, productive, and enjoyable for our team


.
This position has been created to further strengthen our busy office environment. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that the successful candidate is based in the office 5 days per week; this role cannot be performed remotel

    Take full ownership of the front of house reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they consistently reflect a professional and welcoming environ
  • ment.Manage incoming telephone calls to the main switchboard in a professional and efficient ma

  • imes.Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring all spaces are well presented, organised, and ready for

    Maintain office supplies including stationery, coffee, paper, and other consumables to ensure smooth day-to-day oper

  • ulture.Support the Group HR Director with the planning and delivery of internal events and company s

Skills and Experienc

    A qualification in Business Administration (NVQ, diploma, or equivalent) is
  • desirable.A friendly, confident, and highly presentable individual who enjoys being the face of th
  • e business.Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and “get stuck in” to support the
  • wider team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are
  • essential.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word,
  • and Excel.Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention
