Full Stack Engineer | Climate Tech | Build Technology That Actually Matters

A rapidly scaling climate tech company is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help tackle some of the world’s biggest environmental challenges through cutting-edge software and real-world data.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be owning systems end-to-end and shipping features that directly influence how organisations understand and respond to climate impact at scale.

You’ll join a ambitious team moving fast in a space that genuinely matters - with huge ownership, real autonomy, and the opportunity to shape both product and engineering direction from day one.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build high-performance applications across React, Python, and AWS
  • Design cloud-native systems handling complex, real-world environmental data
  • Turn massive datasets into intuitive, impactful user experiences
  • Own features from idea → architecture → production
  • Help scale a product at the intersection of technology, data, and climate science

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with React and modern frontend engineering
  • Solid backend engineering skills with Python
  • Hands-on cloud experience with AWS
  • Engineers who thrive with ownership and autonomy
  • Curious, ambitious builders who want to work on meaningful problems

Why Join

  • Mission-driven product with real-world environmental impact
  • Fast-growing startup with huge momentum
  • High-calibre, low-ego engineering culture
  • Massive scope for progression and ownership
  • Work that is technically challenging and genuinely meaningful

If you want to build ambitious technology with smart people - while working on something that actually matters - this is the kind of role you join early and never regret.
