Location: Sheffield, UK

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Contract: 9-12 months

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with an AI focus to develop modern, scalable applications. The role requires strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript, combined with backend/API development and practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality full-stack applications.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and develop backend APIs and integrations.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security and scalability requirements.
• Build and integrate AI/ML-driven features into production applications.
• Work with modern AI models, frameworks and tooling.
• Develop AI/data services using Python where appropriate.
• Work with structured and unstructured data.
• Support data pipelines, data modelling, analytics and feature engineering.
• Implement CI/CD, automation and environment management.
• Implement monitoring and observability across applications and services.
• Provide technical direction and mentor other engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.

• Understanding of data pipelines, modelling and structured/unstructured data is beneficial.
