Role overview

This role is London Based role with 4 days in the office. It requires a proactive and highly organised team player with strong experience in sales support and coordination within the commercial interiors or furniture industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a keen eye for detail and design. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while always maintaining accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue project quotations and cost plan budget
  • Support the sales team in the specification of products and technical requirements.
  • Produce detailed cost plans suitable for client presentation.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for product information, lead times, and pricing.
  • Coordinate and manage fabric and material sampling for client approvals.
  • Verify all order acknowledgements and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
  • Manage the transition of information from sales to delivery.


Project Coordination

  • Track project programmes, and delivery schedules to ensure projects stay on course.
  • Assist in the reporting of snagging and shortages to ensure client project sign off.



Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in the commercial interiors or furniture industry (required).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
