Optimus Search is looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our established DACH division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys candidate management, relationship building, and delivering exceptional recruitment processes. You'll work on a warm desk supporting established client accounts across Germany, focusing on identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality technology professionals.

Rather than developing new business, you'll partner closely with experienced Account Managers and Business Development Consultants, allowing you to focus on what you do best – finding and securing great talent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging candidates across the German technology market
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Building and maintaining strong candidate networks within your specialist sector
• Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Managing interview processes and providing feedback throughout
• Developing long-term relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted career advisor
• Working closely with the sales team to deliver against client requirements

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and English
• Previous recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and via video
• A genuine interest in people and helping candidates progress their careers
• Desire to build a long-term career within a high-performance recruitment environment
