Global Training Lead – Agentic Orchestrated AI Transformation

My leading client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead the end-to-end learning and training workstreams for global businesses with major transformation programmes, ensuring impacted employees are prepared to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working across multiple functions, geographies, and deployment waves.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed training team of 7 resources (4 onshore and 3 offshore) responsible for learning strategy, training design, content development, and deployment activities.
• Own the overall training strategy and delivery approach for a global transformation programme spanning 10 business functions and multiple deployment waves within a Global Business Services operating model.
• Lead the completion and ongoing refinement of Training Needs Analyses (TNA) across Wave 1 and Wave 2 deployments, ensuring learning requirements are identified, validated, and translated into actionable learning solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, quality assurance, and publication of all training materials and learning assets required to support new business processes, systems, roles, and ways of working.
• Define and maintain the programme's learning governance, standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistency across functions, markets, and waves.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of an Agentic AI Process Coach to support impacted employees through on-demand guidance, process support, and adoption of new ways of working.

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
