THE OPPORTUNITY 

 

This is a critical role for a driven and talented individual, wanting to make a difference with our clients and shaping the growth of Eterna Partners. You will manage and work closely with partners and team members on the implementation of communications and reputation strategies for a range of Eterna Partners key accounts both in the UK and abroad.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE 

 

  • Research and source information related to client projects, sectors, issues and potential new clients 
  • Manage Eterna Partners’ databases 
  • Prepare and maintain media and stakeholder distribution lists 
  • Prepare briefing notes for clients 
  • Research and manage forward calendars of key media and current affairs events relevant to designated clients 
  • Help to draft press releases, social media posts, opinion articles, website copy, background material 
  • Manage press cuttings, media reporting and analysis, assisting with communications planning in relation to both Eterna Partners and clients 
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and work closely with client teams to ensure delivery of activity to a consistently high standard 
  • Help coordinate client campaigns to ensure they are delivered successfully and in a way which supports strategic and commercial objectives 
  • Ensure the delivery of written and visual content, messaging and communications channel management to achieve clients' commercial objectives 
  • In addition, we expect our Analysts to support with all marketing initiatives for Eterna Partners and to support the growth of the business, including through the creation of content for the company’s channels 
  • Help shape the culture and values of Eterna Partners, supporting and challenging the company’s thinking and approach across a range of issues as it continues to grow 

 

ABOUT YOU 

 


  • A graduate with related internships and/or professional experience in marketing, communications or public affairs, either in consultancy or in-house 
  • An interest in the financial media and political landscape with an appetite to grow your network of relationships 
  • Commercial and operational awareness – to ensure that communications are closely aligned with commercial objectives and support the client’s on-going operations 
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and in person, strong eye for detail and excellent editing, writing and proof-reading skills 
  • Resilience – this is a fast-paced and demanding role which will require resilience and the ability to work under high-pressure to tight deadlines 
  • Creativity – to develop new partnerships, networks and approaches which will have a transformational impact on Eterna Partners client’s reputation and perception among stakeholders 

 

REMUNERATION 

 

Starting salary is £33,000 PA, with 25 days holiday in addition to public holidays, health insurance and pension scheme. There will be a 3-month probation period.
