Working closely with our Credit Managers, you'll play a key role in driving deals from application through to completion, liaising with brokers, borrowers, solicitors, valuers and asset managers while supporting lending decisions on a diverse range of property finance transactions.

- Support Credit Managers throughout the entire loan lifecycle, from application to completion.
- Review credit searches, assess key information and help prepare lending recommendations.
- Coordinate with valuers, solicitors and asset managers to keep transactions progressing smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and borrowers, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Prepare approval documentation and support lending decisions on a range of property finance cases.
- Monitor live cases, manage key milestones and help drive timely completions and repayments.
