About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to solve business problems.
  • Assist in developing predictive models and analytical solutions.
  • Support business forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative research and interpret analytical findings.
  • Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Document analytical methodologies and project outcomes.
  • Learn and apply mathematical modelling techniques in business scenarios.
  • Stay updated with emerging analytical tools and technologies.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Recent graduate
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for learning new analytical tools and technologies.


Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Exposure to mathematical modelling or optimisation concepts.
  • Academic projects involving mathematics, analytics, or programming are beneficial but not required.
