About Leap29

Leap29 is a global recruitment and workforce solutions partner based in Wilmslow. With over 25 years in business and a team of 50+, we support clients in engineering, oil and gas, renewable energy, technology, life sciences and construction.

What you’ll be doing

• Winning new clients by proactively calling and emailing potential clients, introducing Leap29 and uncovering hiring needs
• Building relationships by becoming a trusted partner for hiring managers
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting and sourcing specialist contractors through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your own network
• Managing the full process from screening and interviewing candidates through to offer, onboarding and global mobilisation.
• Creating engaging content, writing adverts, posts, mailshots and other campaigns to attract candidates
• Owning your market by becoming an expert in your niche sector and geography over time

What we’re looking for

• No previous recruitment experience necessary as award winning in-house training will be provided
• Experience in sales (telesales, inside sales, call centre, B2B or B2C) is preferred or a genuine hunger for sales and proof you are driven and resilient
• Confidence to pick up the phone, handle objections and keep going
• Target focused mindset and a real desire to progress and earn
