Salary: Up to £65k starting salary
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Skills: Linux and Windows experience, with support experience being ideal but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-OS Administration: Troubleshoot, maintain and configure end-user environments across both windows and Linux systems.
- Network Troubleshooting: Isolate and resolve network issue.
- Hardware Diagnostics Specialist: Identify failing hardware and execute physical repairs or upgrades.
- Helpdesk Support: Assist helpdesk with critical workstation repairs.
Requirements
- Recent Graduate: Bachelor’s degree from a global university, ideally redbrick or higher, completed within the past 2 years.
- Technical Core: Strong foundational knowledge of network and hardware infrastructure, and PC/server troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Practical Experience: Demonstrated practical curiosity, such as managing a personal home lab or equivalent.
- Continuous Learning: Proven willingness to learn new tools, acquire industry certifications, and ability to adapt to new situations.
