We’re launching our first Graduate Trainee Manager Programme for hospitality graduates who want more than a standard graduate scheme. This is a chance to learn the business from the inside, take on real responsibility and build a long-term career with Z Hotels.

About the Programme

This is a fast-track, practical programme for ambitious Hospitality and Tourism graduates ready to get stuck in, learn quickly, and grow into future operational leaders.

It is expected to last 12 to 18 months, although progression will be based on development, performance and readiness rather than time alone.

Based in London, you’llwork across different Z Hotels, teams and guest environments, building a real understanding of what it takes to run successful hotels in some of the city’s best locations.

Through practical experience, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, you’ll gain exposure to hotel operations, guest experience, commercial performance, people leadership, business improvement, and key support functions, including People & Culture, Finance, and Revenue.

A key part of the programme will include time in The Club, our management development environment, where you’ll step closer to the action, take on responsibility and build the confidence to lead, make decisions and support great service.

The programme will have structure, but it will not be one-size-fits-all. We’ll shape parts of it around your strengths, experience and ambitions, so you can build on what you already bring while developing the skills needed for the next step.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for graduates who are excited by hospitality, not just studying it.

You’ll hold a degree in Hospitality or Tourism and have practical hospitality experience. More importantly, you’ll genuinely enjoy the industry, care about guest experience and want to build a long-term career in hospitality.

You’ll be curious, ambitious and ready to learn from the people around you. You’ll enjoy working with guests and teams, asking questions, trying new things and pushing yourself to keep improving.
