The Role

As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive structured training from your first day and progressively take responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment process.

You will develop expertise across:

• Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identifying and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market research.
• Conducting candidate interviews and understanding career objectives.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Developing new business opportunities and building your own client portfolio.
• Negotiating salaries and offers.
• Providing market insights, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.
• Developing a strong understanding of your specialist recruitment market.
• Delivering a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates.

As you develop, you will be given increasing responsibility for your own clients, candidates and market, allowing you to build the commercial and relationship-management skills required for a successful career in recruitment.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need previous recruitment experience. We are interested in individuals who can demonstrate the potential to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You may be:

• A recent graduate or finishing university.
• Looking for your first professional career.
• Coming from a background in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, sport or another people-focused environment.

Working Hours

You will have the opportunity to specialise in either the European or US market, with working hours aligned to your chosen team.

European Markets

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

US Markets

• Monday – Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
• Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
