Graphic designer (propsals)
Agilité is looking for a graphic designer to join our proposals team and support the development of high-quality design and build tender submissions across Europe.
This is a visual, detail-focused role with a strong technical edge. It is not a traditional brand, marketing or campaign design position. Instead, you will help translate complex commercial interiors briefs into clear, professional and client-facing proposal documents, including technical layouts, space planning visuals, test fits, mood boards, diagrams, infographics and early-stage 3D concepts.
Working closely with our preconstruction, design, project, bid and marketing teams, you will create compelling tender materials that support successful proposals across corporate office fit-out, retail and hospitality projects.
Agilité is a growing commercial interiors specialist, delivering office, retail and hospitality projects for international clients across Europe. We are known as the resourceful problem solver – a trusted partner that anticipates challenges, finds practical solutions and delivers high-quality spaces through a culture built on honesty, ambition and trust.
- Producing high-quality visual content for design and build proposals, including space planning layouts, test fits, mood boards, conceptual 3D visuals and renders.
- Creating clear, presentation-ready graphics for tender documents, bid submissions and client presentations.
- Developing early-stage layouts based on client briefs, area schedules, project requirements and design principles.
- Supporting narrative clarity through plans, diagrams, icons, infographics and visual storytelling.
- Adapting, improving and refining visuals quickly to meet tight bid deadlines.
- Ensuring proposal visuals align with Agilité’s brand guidelines and the wider bid narrative.
- Developing and maintaining templates for proposals, presentations and recurring bid documents.
- Using AI design and visualisation tools to support faster production of test fits, renders and concept imagery, with manual refinement to ensure a high-quality final output.
- Collaborating with preconstruction colleagues, bid managers, interior designers, architects, project teams, marketing and brand teams.
- Supporting international proposal submissions across office, retail and hospitality projects.
- At least two years’ experience in architectural visualisation, proposal graphics, technical graphic design or a similar role.
- Experience working within design and build, architecture, workplace design, commercial interiors, real estate or construction environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with experience creating polished, proposal-level presentations.
- Experience producing test fits, mood boards, early-stage layouts and conceptual 3D visuals.
- A good understanding of space planning principles and workplace design trends.
- Strong visual awareness, layout skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to turn technical or complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
- Confidence working across multiple deadlines, teams and bid submissions.
- A proactive, organised and flexible approach.
- An interest in AI-driven design tools and new visual workflows.
- Fluent English.
Experience supporting international bids would be beneficial. Proficiency in an additional European language, such as French, German, Spanish or Italian, would also be an advantage.
- Annual bonus.
- Health insurance.
- Private pension.
- Quarterly team-building events.
- Annual ski trip.
- Energetic and dynamic working environment.
- Hybrid working, including the opportunity to work remotely two days per week.
- Purpose-driven work with a focus on making a positive impact.
