About Nteractive

At Nteractive, we design and deliver world-class experiential, event, and conference solutions that connect brands with people in powerful, meaningful ways.

We partner with some of the world’s most influential organizations to create large-scale, high-impact global programs — from flagship conferences and destination events to complex, multi-market activations. Our work blends strategy, creativity, technology, and flawless delivery to produce experiences that truly move audiences.

Our success is built on our people. We are a collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven agency that invests in talent, encourages innovation, and empowers our teams to take ownership and make a real difference. We believe in long-term partnerships, exceptional client service, and continuously raising the bar in everything we do.

Behind every great experience is exceptional production. Our Creative Studio brings together designers, artworkers, production specialists and creative project managers to turn ambitious ideas into experiences that work brilliantly in the real world.

We're looking for a Graphics Production Manager to join our Creative Studio and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of graphics across our client programmes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the detail behind exceptional graphics production — from artwork and proofing through to fabrication, installation and onsite delivery — and who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, suppliers, budgets and stakeholders while keeping quality firmly at the centre.

About The Role

As Graphics Production Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering print and digital graphic assets across large-scale events, exhibitions and experiential activations.

You'll act as the operational bridge between Creative, Client Services, Production, suppliers and installation partners, ensuring that every graphic is accurate, production-ready, delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget.

You'll own the full graphics lifecycle, providing clear guidance on feasibility, production methods, timelines and costs, while identifying risks early and ensuring everyone involved has the information they need to deliver successfully.

From briefing and artwork through to proofing, fabrication, onsite installation and post-event reconciliation, you'll bring structure, control and expertise to the process — building confidence with both clients and internal teams.

What you'll be doing

Graphics Production & Delivery

  • Own the full graphics production lifecycle from approved creative concept through artwork, proofing, fabrication, installation, onsite delivery and post-event reconciliation.
  • Build and manage detailed production plans, schedules, milestones and approval dates, ensuring dependencies are visible and understood.
  • Provide clear guidance to clients and internal teams on feasibility, production methods, timelines, cost implications and best practice.
  • Drive strong planning discipline across briefing, artwork, production, logistics, installation and de-rig.
  • Ensure every graphic meets agreed technical, creative, quality and brand standards.
  • Identify risks early, develop practical mitigation plans and escalate issues where decisions or approvals are required.
  • Manage production at scale, maintaining control of multiple workstreams and deadlines without losing attention to detail.

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Artworking, Design, Creative Project Management, Client Services, Production and Live teams to ensure clear handovers and production-ready information.
  • Translate creative concepts into practical production solutions while protecting the integrity of the creative vision.
  • Support the team in making informed decisions around materials, production methods, feasibility and installation.
  • Ensure responsibilities, approvals and dependencies are clearly understood across all stakeholders.

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Source, brief and manage approved printers, fabricators, installers and graphics production suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships from briefing and quoting through proofing, production, delivery and onsite installation.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs and delivery against agreed requirements.
  • Challenge and resolve issues proactively to protect quality, timelines and client confidence.

Budget & Commercial Management

  • Manage graphics budgets within approved scope and maintain accurate cost tracking throughout delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor production costs, identifying potential variances before commitments are made.
  • Recommend cost efficiencies and practical alternatives without compromising the quality or integrity of the creative solution.
  • Escalate scope changes, forecast variance or additional investment appropriately.

Onsite Delivery

  • Lead graphics delivery onsite, ensuring installation is completed accurately and to the required standard.
  • Carry out installation and quality checks across signage, branding and other graphic elements.
  • Resolve issues quickly and calmly, adapting plans where required while protecting the client experience.
  • Ensure graphics are delivered, installed and ready when and where they are needed.

Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain graphics production workflows, documentation, trackers, templates and quality-control standards.
  • Ensure approvals, proofs, production information and project documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Complete post-event reconciliation and capture learnings from each programme.
  • Use those insights to improve workflows, standards, toolkits and delivery quality.
  • Support more sustainable production choices by challenging materials and methods, reducing waste and identifying practical alternatives.

What you will bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong graphics production expertise with excellent project management, commercial awareness and client service skills.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream event graphics programmes from planning through to onsite installation.
  • Strong understanding of graphics production, fabrication and installation environments.
  • Practical knowledge of sustainable print, fabrication, materials and waste-reduction options.
  • Experience briefing and managing printers, fabricators, installers and other specialist production suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of proofing, artwork production and technical quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, artwork files and floor plans.
  • Strong budgeting discipline and commercial awareness, including cost tracking, forecasting and managing change within approved scope.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to operate at pace without losing control of detail.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the confidence to provide clear advice and challenge where necessary.
  • Experience using project management, scheduling and tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production artwork workflows.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate problems and resolve them under pressure.
  • A background in design, graphics or production would be advantageous.
