A high-growth data center business is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team.


This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading data centre platform at a pivotal stage of growth. With substantial funding in place and an ambitious expansion strategy, you will support the financial management of a multi-billion-pound portfolio of critical digital infrastructure assets. Working directly with senior finance and business leaders, you'll gain exposure to major investment decisions, acquisition opportunities, large-scale capital projects, and board-level reporting. The role offers an excellent blend of technical finance, strategic analysis, and commercial partnering, making it an ideal move for someone looking to accelerate their career within a future-focused, high-growth industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update portfolio financial models and forecasts.
  • Track capital expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements.
  • Prepare investment committee papers and shareholder reporting.
  • Coordinate financial information across multiple business functions.
  • Review and challenge assumptions, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Support ongoing improvements to reporting and forecasting processes.


To Be Suitable

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with c.5+ years' post-qualified experience.
  • Strong financial modelling skills with experience building and enhancing models.
  • Experience in a capital-intensive sector such as real estate, infrastructure, data centres, or construction.
  • Exposure to FP&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, or transaction services.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability.
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ambitious, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
