🚀 The Opportunity

Reporting directly to CEO, this is one of the most influential leadership appointments in the Group.

This is not a traditional HR Director role.

This is a growth role.

We're looking for someone who wants to help answer questions like:

❓ How do we scale internationally whilst protecting culture?

❓ How do we build leadership capability for the next phase of growth?

❓ How do we successfully integrate future acquisitions?

❓ How do we create the structures, systems and talent strategy required for a significantly larger organisation?

🏁 What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team

• Lead the people agenda across multiple businesses and international markets

• Play a key role in future M&A activity, including due diligence, integration and organisational design

• Build world-class leadership capability and succession plans

• Shape culture during a period of significant growth

• Develop scalable people frameworks, systems and processes

• Lead and evolve the Group HR function
