I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing, commercially driven business operating within the flexible workspace and serviced office sector to appoint a talented Group Management Accountant.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious accountant who enjoys owning the numbers, partnering with stakeholders, and influencing commercial decisions in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the monthly management accounts process across multiple entities
• Delivering insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership
• Managing intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Producing revenue, occupancy, and profitability analysis
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, audit, and VAT processes
• Driving process improvements and helping to enhance financial reporting capabilities

What we're looking for:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience preparing management accounts end-to-end
• Strong multi-entity and intercompany accounting experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Xero
• Commercially minded with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys improving processes and adding value beyond the month-end cycle
