Overview
We are hiring a Group Strategy Director to shape bold, growth-driving media strategies at Zenith UK. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning tech, healthcare, alcohol, and FMCG, delivering work that is led from the UK market and designed to create meaningful business impact both locally and beyond. This is an opportunity to influence well-known brands, guiding them towards smarter, more effective communications. Working at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial ambition, you’ll help clients unlock new paths to growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of communication and media strategies that translate business goals into clear, actionable plans
- Partner with senior clients across a diverse portfolio, building trusted and influential relationships
- Set the strategic direction for campaigns and ensure consistent delivery across teams, channels, and partners
- Champion effectiveness by defining measurement frameworks and demonstrating the value of communications
- Collaborate closely with planning, buying, and business leads to drive growth across your client portfolio
- Mentor and support planners, enabling high-quality thinking and elevating strategic craft across the team
- Identify new opportunities for innovation, helping evolve client solutions and agency capabilities
- Strong experience in media or brand strategy, with a track record of delivering cross-channel campaigns
- Ability to connect business challenges with clear, insight-led strategic thinking
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, including Marketing Director level
- Experience using data and insight to inform recommendations and measure effectiveness
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for developing others and building strong partnerships
- Curiosity about how media influences behaviour, culture, and business outcomes
- Comfortable working across a range of sectors and navigating complex client environments
