We are looking for fun and enthusiastic Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at SEA LIFE in Birmingham! 

We have part-time, seasonal requirements ready for those looking to work front-line within the attraction.  

You’ll be welcoming, greeting and interacting with our guests, ensuring that at every opportunity our guests get the absolute most from their visit. 

You’ll ensure our extended lines are managed safely, always delivering that customer excellence guest experience and answering any questions our guests may have. 

As part of the Guest Experience Team, you will need to keep displays and point of sale neat and fully stocked up ready for the attraction to open. Throughout the day you’ll be ensuring that all areas are clean, neat and tidy, adhering to the health, safety and security compliance  

This is a seasonal position, contracted until   September 2026. Flexibility is essential as availability of work will vary throughout the season, picking up considerably during the summer holiday.  

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a public-facing role would be nice, but it is not essential! 
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests. 
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. 
  • An enthusiastic people-person with a positive attitude and an ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
