Licensed sponsor London, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 42 minutes ago
Location: London (hybrid, with regular UK and US travel)

YOOBIC is the leading AI-powered frontline employee experience platform. While most of the tech world builds for people behind a desk, we are building the operating system for the deskless workforce across retail, hospitality and manufacturing.

By combining predictive analytics with the expertise gained through our acquisition of Humanitics, we’ve pioneered the industry’s first AI Store Copilot, turning operational data into real-time actions for frontline teams.

Trusted by global brands including Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Michaels and Mattress Firm, YOOBIC is on a mission to bring digital transformation to the physical world.

We are now looking for a commercially driven Head of Account Management to lead our function across the UK and US. You’ll develop a high-performing team, strengthen retention and unlock the significant growth opportunity within our existing enterprise customer base.

Why This is Your Next Career Move

  • Real Commercial Ownership: You’ll own the Account Management strategy across retention, renewals and expansion, with the freedom to shape how the function operates and grows.
  • Leadership Without an Individual Quota: Your focus will be on building capability, coaching the team and driving collective performance rather than carrying your own sales target.
  • Enterprise Impact: You’ll work with a high-value portfolio of recognised global brands and play a leading role in complex, strategic customer conversations.
  • The AI Edge: You’ll help customers expand their use of one of the most advanced frontline AI platforms in the market, connecting innovation to measurable business value.
  • Global Scope: You’ll lead across the UK and US, partnering closely with senior leaders throughout the business.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Build a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach and challenge our Account Managers, creating clear expectations, strong accountability and a consistent commercial approach.
  • Protect and Grow Revenue: Strengthen renewal discipline, identify risk early and ensure clear plans are in place to improve retention.
  • Unlock Expansion: Build a proactive approach to identifying whitespace, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base.
  • Elevate Strategic Accounts: Ensure account plans connect customer objectives, product adoption, renewal strategy and long-term growth.
  • Lead Commercial Conversations: Support complex renewals, pricing discussions, deal structures and executive-level negotiations.
  • Create Predictability: Bring rigour to forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting so leadership has a clear view of risk and opportunity.
  • Connect the Business: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other teams to align customer and commercial priorities.

Who You Are

  • The Commercial Leader: You have significant experience leading Account Management, Customer Success or another commercial post-sales function within B2B SaaS.
  • The Growth Driver: You have a proven track record of improving retention and generating expansion revenue from enterprise customers.
  • The Player-Coach: You stay close to the detail, coach regularly and are comfortable challenging the team when performance needs to improve.
  • The Enterprise Negotiator: You’re confident navigating complex renewals, pricing decisions and senior stakeholder conversations.
  • The Data-Led Operator: You use customer health, pipeline and performance data to make decisions, improve forecasts and focus the team.
  • The Hunter: You proactively look for growth opportunities rather than waiting for customers to come to you.
  • The Global Collaborator: You can operate effectively across UK and US teams, work across time zones and travel when required.
