  • Delivering timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reporting packs
  • Producing meaningful variance analysis and insightful financial commentary
  • Driving improvements across management reporting processes, controls, and systems
  • Leading the month-end process, including journals, reconciliations, and intercompany activities
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across central functions including IT, HR, and Marketing
  • Supporting system implementations, process automation, and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with accounting standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
  • Approximately 5+ years’ post-qualified experience
  • Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring finance teams
  • Excellent analytical and business partnering skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities including pivots and lookups
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes
  • The ability to communicate effectively with senior and sometimes demanding stakeholders
  • Exposure to private equity environments and experience with financial systems such as SAP B1 or Adaptive Insights would be advantageous, but not essential.

What’s on Offer

  • Newly created role with genuine scope to make an impact
  • Strong progression opportunities within a growing business
  • Collaborative and supportive finance team environment
  • Hybrid working model
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package
