Mitie is looking for a Head of Growth & Digital Demand to lead our digital demand strategy and drive measurable commercial impact across the Group. This is a high-profile leadership role, working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data, with real influence at executive level.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of Mitie’s digital growth agenda—leading demand generation performance, optimising Mitie.com, and ensuring marketing investment delivers high-quality pipeline and revenue.
Working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders, you’ll align activity to priority opportunities, improve funnel performance, and embed a data-led, insight-driven approach across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading Mitie’s digital demand and growth strategy
- Driving pipeline growth, conversion and ROI across the funnel
- Owning and optimising Mitie.com as a key growth engine
- Aligning closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality and conversion
- Overseeing multi-channel demand programmes (paid media, SEO, ABM, email, social)
- Embedding robust attribution and performance reporting
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
About you
- Significant experience in senior B2B marketing roles, focused on digital demand
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and pipeline impact
- Expertise in marketing automation, funnel management and attribution
- Strong commercial mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and executive leaders
- Collaborative, strategic leader who can also drive execution at pace
