Head of Finance - Leading Investment Firm - Market Leading Compensation & Benefits

Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a leading investment firm undergoing a significant period of growth. The firm is looking to hire a Head of Finance to join the business in a senior leadership role, working closely with the CFO and wider management team.

Managing a team of finance professionals, this is a broad position with responsibility for the firm's financial control environment across the management company and wider operating platform. The role will oversee management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial controls, liquidity monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

The successful candidate will also work with stakeholders across multiple areas across the business, while also managing relationships with auditors and external advisors. Alongside core finance responsibilities, there is a strong commercial element to the role, supporting strategic initiatives, operational projects and ongoing process improvements across the platform.

The ideal candidate is ACA/CIMA (10-17 years PQE) qualified with significant experience managing teams of minimum 4 finance professionals in a high growth, dynamic environment. Multi-entity jurisdiction experience is necessary along with strong technical finance skills and a commercial mindset.
