Stanton House are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing technology business operating within the healthcare sector to appoint a Head of Finance for one of its key growth divisions. This is a unique opportunity to join a SaaS business that is already generating c.£35m of revenue and has ambitious plans to double in size over the next years. Reporting directly to the Group CFO and partnering closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, you will take ownership of the finance function whilst helping drive strategic growth, commercial performance and operational excellence. This role offers genuine influence across the business, exposure to board-level decision making, and the opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth division within a larger group structure.

💼 The Role

You will lead a finance team of six, providing both hands-on leadership and commercial insight to support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the finance lead for a high-growth SaaS business unit

• Partnering with the senior leadership team to drive commercial decision making

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes

• Developing pricing strategies and supporting commission plan design

• Driving improvements in revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency

• Owning and analysing key SaaS metrics including retention, revenue performance and customer economics

• Reviewing business performance, identifying opportunities and providing strategic recommendations

• Leading and developing the finance team, improving capability and performance

• Supporting board reporting, audit activity and governance requirements

• Working closely with group finance to ensure robust controls and reporting processes

This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence business strategy as the organisation continues its growth journey.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

• Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience

• Strong finance leadership experience with team management responsibilities

• Excellent commercial finance and business partnering capability

• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights

• Experience within SaaS, technology or recurring revenue environments would be advantageous

• Corporate or group finance exposure is desirable

• Curious, proactive and comfortable operating in a hands-on environment
