Head of Global Development

What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and developing new international markets
- Building and managing relationships with global clients and distributors
- Leading and supporting a high-performing export team
- Negotiating commercial terms across complex regulatory environments
- Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, and finance to deliver exceptional service
